A one-on-one interview with William P. Magee Jr., D.D.S., M.D., plastic surgeon with the Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters in Norfolk, and founder of Operation Smile. In this very informative article, Dr. Magee talks about his method of repairing a child's cleft lip and palate at a very early age, and his tremendous work with Operation Smile.

Mom of two-year-old born with a cleft lip/cleft palate shares her experience of learning about her son's condition, interviewing surgeons, and discovering the nasoalveolar molding plate. Article includes an in-depth interview with Dierdra Maull, DDS, who manages the care of infants wearing the molding plate.
